Responsible Lending Action (RLA) Team is one of the pillars of customer management responsible for managing credit risk and balance control through multiple actions like Line Reduction, Global Limit Addition, Global Limit Reduction and Proactive Cancellations. Given the nature of the actions, the role is highly regulated and often becomes very critical in managing credit risk through the cycle.
The position of Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Charge RLA is within the US Consumer Customer Management team, part of the Consumer Credit Risk organization and will report to the B35, CPS Charge RLA.
The incumbent will work closely with EVP, US Consumer Credit Risk and B40, CPS RLA to review executive escalations from customers impacted by an RLA action or other customer mgmt. actions and share recommendations on resolution as well as identify opportunities to enhance customer management strategies and models. The incumbent will also specifically work on identifying opportunities to enhance Charge RLA strategies and partner with RPDS team to build the next generation of RLA capabilities. This role will provide incumbent visibility with senior leaders and ample opportunity to collaborate across different customer mgmt. functions.
The key responsibilities are:
· Review executive escalations and share recommendations with senior leaders to resolve them and identify potential opportunities to enhance customer management strategies
· Build a streamlined and consistent framework to review executive escalations through collaboration with different customer mgmt. teams
· Optimize Charge RLA Strategies to drive PTI Benefit and manage risk through the cycle
· Collaborate effectively with RPDS for building various journeys like GL-POTL Sync, GL Increase, etc.
· Globalize Charge RLA strategies and journeys to ensure consistency working closely with CPS Lend RLA, SBS and ICSS partners.
· Ensure robustness of RLA processes by supporting Audits, PRSA, KRIs and CDEs critical for smooth functioning
· 0-3 Years of Relevant/Related Work Experience with Consistent Track Record of Strong Performance
· MBA, Master’s Degree In Economics, Statistics, Computer Science Or related fields
· Self-starter, ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps and drive results in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Innovative problem solver with ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
· Ability to collaborate with Cross-Functional Business Partners globally
· Experience in Credit risk management
· Good Programming skills with knowledge of SQL, Python
· Knowledge of MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel
