For more information, visit Lowes India About The Team The Pro Rapid Insights team supports Lowe’s Pro business by delivering timely, actionable insights that guide data-driven decisions. We work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Product teams to provide analytical support and business visibility across key functions. Our work balances quick-turnaround requests with the development of scalable dashboards and scorecards that drive strategic planning. In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the team is known for its agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to turn complex data into clear, impactful solutions. Job Summary The primary purpose of this role is to perform mathematical and statistical analysis or model building as appropriate. This includes following analytical best practices, analyzing and reporting accurate results, and identifying meaningful insights that directly support decision making. This role provides assistance in supporting one functional area of the business in partnership with other team members. At times, this role may work directly with the business function, but the majority of time is spent working with internal team members to identify and understand business needs. Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and business drivers specific to the Pro segment. Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions that track business KPIs and enable fast decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver data solutions that meet evolving business needs. Conduct root cause analyses, design experiments, and apply statistical modeling (e.g., regression, clustering, A/B testing) to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Translate analytical findings into compelling, actionable recommendations and clearly communicate them to stakeholders at various levels. Continuously seek ways to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and the scalability of analytics solutions. Stay up to date with new analytics tools and methodologies, contributing to the team’s collective learning and innovation.
