Role Description

Kimbal is looking for an Analyst – CEO’s Office who will play a critical role in supporting the CEO on strategic, market, and operational priorities. This role requires a highly analytical and structured professional who can provide research-driven insights, anticipate challenges, and ensure flawless execution of CEO-level projects. The position offers unique exposure to cross-functional leadership and is ideal for individuals aspiring to build a strong career in strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and insights on new markets, competitors, and disruptive opportunities in the energy transition ecosystem.
• Support the CEO in strategic initiatives such as international expansion, partnerships, product diversification, and operational excellence.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of high-priority projects.
• Identify risks and potential challenges early and support in implementing effective solutions.
• Gather, analyse, and present data to enable informed, evidence-based decision-making.

Current Focus & Challenges

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales to execute CEO-driven programs.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on high-impact strategic and operational priorities.
• Conduct secondary research and market analysis to support the annual operating plan and long-term business goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business, or related field from a reputed institution.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification (preferred, not mandatory) from a top-tier IIM or equivalent prestigious business schools.

Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment research, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to cross-functional project execution and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
