As a leading Fire Safety Service Integrator, we specialize in the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete fire fighting systems. Our core services include Hydrants, Sprinklers, Pumping Stations, Drenchers, and more β€” tailored for commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We also provide Fire System Annual Maintenance, Fire Evacuation Drills, Mock Drills, and essential training on fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first aid. Job Role: ● Planning & Communication: Plan AMC service schedules in advance and communicate them with clients via calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails to ensure transparency and readiness. ● Client Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding AMC schedules, service updates, issue resolution, and maintenance planning. ● Preventive Maintenance: Perform and supervise routine preventive maintenance of fire protection systems covered under AMC contracts. ● System Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections, testing, and functional verification of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and gas suppression systems. ● Team Supervision: Lead and manage a small team of technicians; assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure quality of service delivery. ● Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical components and carry out repairs and component replacements. ● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service reports, checklists, equipment logs, and AMC compliance documents. ● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to fire safety codes, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable statutory regulations. ● Inventory Management: Monitor tools, equipment, and consumables required for AMC work; coordinate with the store for replenishment. ● Emergency Support: Provide on-call and off-hours technical support for emergency situations at client sites. Requirements: ● Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire & Safety Engineering. ● Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AMC services for fire protection systems. ● Technical Skills: o Proficiency in handling fire alarms, hydrants, sprinkler systems, and suppression systems. o Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical components related to fire safety systems. o Understanding of AMC processes and fire protection maintenance standards. o Familiarity with NFPA, NBC, IS codes, and local fire compliance norms. ● Soft Skills: o Excellent coordination and leadership skills. o Good client communication and service reporting abilities. o Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and scheduling. Job Type: Full-time Pay: β‚Ή30,000.00 - β‚Ή35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
