Job Title: AM Manager – Talent Acquisition Location: Pune Experience required: 6 to 9 years in Technology/IT Talent Acquisition (Sourcing to Onboarding) Prefereable Industry background - IT/ITES /Management Consulting Firms Job Summary: We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional specializing in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building and scaling high-performing technology and support teams. Expertise in hiring for roles across key technology domains: Such as- Software Development & Engineering Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Science & Advanced Analytics Data Management & Visualization Big Data Cybersecurity & Compliance Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on technology hiring across diverse business units in India. Drive the setup and expansion of new technology hubs, ensuring alignment with both global and local strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design effective workforce plans, manpower budgets, and competency frameworks. Track and optimize key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios. Establish and manage vendor partnerships, including governance and performance evaluation. Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership through structured reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in managing large-scale tech ramp-ups. Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and recruitment automation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of vendor governance, talent analytics, and diversity hiring strategies.
