1.Bid Coordination: * Lead the bid process from start to finish, including bid kick-off meetings, proposal development, and submission. * Develop and maintain bid schedules, timelines, and action plans to ensure timely completion of all bid deliverables. * Coordinate bid activities with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, legal, and finance team.
2.Proposal Development * Review bid documents and understand client requirements, objectives, and evaluation criteria. * Work closely with subject matter experts to develop compelling bid response that address client needs and differentiate the company's offerings. * Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with bid requirements.
3. Quality Assurance: * Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of bid documents, including proposals, pricing, and supporting documentation. * Conduct internal reviews and validation checks to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
4. Client Engagement: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the bid process, addressing inquiries, clarifications, and feedback. * Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client needs and build relationships.
5. Bid Governance: * Establish and maintain bid governance processes, including bid review meetings, approvals, and documentation. * Ensure adherence to bid management best practices, processes, and compliance standards
