Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in Home Loans and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer income, property details, credit profile, and loan requirements.
  • Guide customers throughout the home loan process, including application, documentation, and verification steps.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate, clear information related to home loan products.
  • Schedule appointments or coordinate with field sales/relationship managers for further processing.
  • Follow up with customers to collect required documents and ensure timely loan file submission.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, call interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly target numbers for lead qualification and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and verification for faster processing of home loan files.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, RBI guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    13 years of telecalling or customer interaction experience, preferably in

    Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Banking/NBFC

    sector.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of

    home loan processes

    , eligibility criteria, documentation, credit evaluation basics, interest rates, and market practices.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent spoken English with clear articulation; ability to explain complex loan details in a simple manner.
  • Sales Orientation:

    Target-driven, persuasive, and comfortable with outbound calling and lead conversions.
  • Customer Handling:

    Ability to engage professionally with customers, build rapport, and manage queries efficiently.
  • Tech-Friendly:

    Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic data entry.
  • Work Ethic:

    Disciplined, punctual, and capable of managing a high volume of calls daily.
  • Problem Solving:

    Quick thinker with the ability to assess customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Availability:

    Comfortable with attending

    walk-in interviews only

  • Location Preference:

    Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to

    Gurugram
