This role requires ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Key Responsibilities Design & Engineering Plant MB, EB , Equipment design, process calculations D esign codes for Drawing approvals Plant commissioning support Plant Debottlenecking suppo rt. Knowledge of ASPEN, HYSYS & other eng ineering . Software will be additional advantage Project Management: Assist in managing projects from concept to completion. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and designers. Work closely with R&D, process , project & SCM team Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment. Participate in team meetings and provide input. Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support. Stay updated with industry trends. Help troubleshoot technical issues. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs. Present design concepts and gather feedback. Assist in making necessary design adjustments The Person Educational Background: Chemical Engineer with Min. 4 3-5 years of Plant Design experience. Graduated from IIT/NIT /LIT . Knowledge Levels: General Awareness: Basic understanding of concepts. Working Knowledge: Broad job knowledge for daily activities. Functional Expert: Certified with strong conceptual knowledge. Mastery: Subject matter expert. Personal Characteristics: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to learn & grow Strategic thinker and result driven. Effective in a matrix organization.
