We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager to drive and manage strategic collaborations in the IT ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms and a proven track record in building and nurturing successful partnerships.
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances in the IT and SaaS space.
Build go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Track, measure, and report on partnership performance and ROI
Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
3–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances in the IT industry
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Nice to Have:
Existing network within the Salesforce or broader CRM ecosystem
Experience with co-selling or ISV partnership models
