Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for an Alliances Manager. The Alliances Manager will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships, negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, and maintaining relationships with key partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential partners, developing strategies to strengthen partner relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the Alliances Manager will monitor market trends to identify new partnership opportunities and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize partnership value. Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Alliances Manager to lead and grow Amla Commerce’s strategic partnerships—most notably with Microsoft and other enterprise technology partners (ERPs, PIMs, system integrators, etc.). As part of the sales and marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our partner ecosystem, driving partner engagement, and expanding co-marketing and co-selling efforts globally. This is a cross-functional role involving collaboration with leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams. Key Responsibilties: Grow the partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new technology and solution partners. Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling and co-marketing campaigns. Lead partner onboarding and enablement processes. Register and manage deals through partner portals and CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies, joint content, and partner success stories. Program manage the Microsoft channel and ensure alignment with Microsoft’s ISV initiatives. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline, and performance metrics. Act as a liaison between internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external partners.
