Our journey so far:

Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay’s founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That’s how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you’ve been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts! Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it’s head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business, and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Alliances Associate to support onboarding, operations, and performance management of brand partners, DSAs, and affiliate partners.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working at the intersection of partners, data, and cross-functional teams, and takes pride in running campaigns smoothly from setup to reconciliation.

You will play a critical role in ensuring partnerships go live efficiently, campaigns run as planned, and outcomes are accurately tracked and closed.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding & Coordination

• Support onboarding of brand and channel partners across multiple acquisition categories and for brand offers
• Coordinate with Brand, Partner , Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure timely campaign go-lives
• Assist in managing documentation, agreements, and onboarding checklists
• Act as an operational point of contact for assigned partners

Campaign Setup & Execution

• Identify right partner for the campaign
• Support end-to-end campaign setup, including tracking, configurations, and partner enablement
• Monitor live campaigns to ensure correct execution and timely issue resolution
• Ensure campaigns are executed as per approved commercial terms and internal processes

Reconciliation & Payout Operations

• Manage reconciliation and payout cycles for affiliate and DSA partners
• Ensure accuracy of data shared for invoicing and payouts
• Coordinate with Finance to close payouts within agreed timelines
• Maintain clear audit trails and supporting documentation

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for ongoing campaigns
• Analyze partner performance and flag trends, gaps, or improvement opportunities
• Support senior team members with data inputs for performance reviews

Process & Documentation

• Maintain SOPs, trackers, and partner records
• Ensure operational hygiene across all live and closed campaigns
• Support improvements in processes to enable scale and efficiency

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail and execution discipline
• Comfort working with data, trackers, and reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and partners simultaneously
• Ownership mindset with willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Alliances, brand partner campaign management
• Hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of CPL / CPA / CPS models, reconciliation, and payout processes
• Exposure to FinTech, BFSI, startups, or consumer internet is a plus
• Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
