Responsibilities:
Complete operational handling and execution of nominated agents business
Act as a backup to handle the complete operational process of shipments related to the
branch / sales business
Follow – up for payments with nomination shippers and branch shippers. Ensure timely
invoice payments.
Ensure excellent and on time services to the shippers / airlines and try to get
recommendation from the existing clients for new business.
Completion of all tasks within the assigned time frame to achieve the department SE
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth functioning and handling of
shipments.
Coordination with transporters for on time pick-up and delivery of shipments.
