Role Overview

We are looking for Sales Specialists (2+ years’ experience) with proven expertise in lead generation for HR Tech, L&D, eLearning, or LMS products/services, especially in the US market.

This role emphasizes AI-driven sales excellence—leveraging advanced automation platforms to build pipelines, connect with decision-makers, and secure qualified meetings that fuel VowelLMS’s global growth.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for candidates who thrive in prospecting, AI-enabled outreach, relationship-building, and driving new business opportunities.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads in the US enterprise market, with focus on HR Tech, L&D, eLearning, and LMS buyers.
  • Use AI-powered sales automation platforms (Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Clay, Reply.io, etc.) to identify, research, and qualify prospects.
  • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone) with AI-personalized messaging at scale.
  • Build a strong and targeted database of senior decision-makers in the US market.
  • Set up and secure qualified client meetings to support revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads and activities in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights with leadership to shape sales strategy.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales / lead generation.
  • Proven success in HR Tech, L&D, eLearning, or LMS industry sales.
  • Strong exposure to US markets with demonstrated ability to secure meetings with enterprise clients.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in building new client relationships from scratch.
