Manager (AI GTM & Delivery)

You will work at the intersection of business, digital and AI technologies, anchoring engagements where AI/ GenAI is central to transformation. You will lead AI diagnostic and solutioning discussions, design delivery roadmaps, manage execution, and ensure adoption.

As a Manager, you will also mentor AI developers/ consultants, build reusable frameworks, and contribute to the firms IP and thought leadership in AI for Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or technology advisory, with a focus on AI/ automation-led programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ GenAI platforms, data ecosystems, automation tools, and enterprise IT landscapes.
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement, proposal development, and program delivery.
• Proven track record of translating business problems into AI-enabled solutions.

• Prior experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting highly desirable.

Go to Market and Business Development

• Drive the GTM strategy for AI-led digital transformation offerings.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, client pitches, and workshops focused on AI.
• Develop thought leadership, case studies, and accelerators that differentiate the practice in the market.
• Build cross-industry solutions showcasing AI impact in customer, supply chain, finance, HR and other functions.

Engagement Delivery

• Anchor AI workstreams within larger digital transformation programs.
• Partner with clients to identify AI opportunities, define business cases, and design implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure successful delivery of AI solutions, integrating change management and adoption frameworks.
• Oversee solution quality, responsible AI compliance, and measurable business impact.

Capability Building and Team Management

• Mentor junior team members in building AI/ GenAI solutions and accelerators.
• Establish frameworks, delivery methods, and governance models for AI in transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams (Strategy, Tech, Ops, Data) to integrate AI into broader programs.
• Contribute to firmwide capability development in AI/ GenAI (training, knowledge management, toolkits).
