Experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth and success.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for deployment and execution of algorithms at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and implement robust, scalable algorithmic solutions.
• Optimize algorithm performance and resource utilization to meet business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in algorithm engineering, high-performance computing, and infrastructure technologies, applying them to improve systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years of industry experience, OR M.Tech with 8+ years of experience, OR B.Tech with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Manager (only Lead experience will not qualify).
• 8+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python, C++, or CUDA.
• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning.
• 2–3 years of experience in Image Processing and Computer Vision.
• Experience in developing computer vision, image processing, and ML/DL algorithms.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing, parallel programming, and distributed systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of managing engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML/DL frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with GPU architectures and algorithm development toolkits (Docker, Apptainer, etc.).
• Candidates from Tier 1 engineering institutes (IIT, IIIT, VIT, NIT) are preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing companies.
• Candidates with a CGPA above 8.

• Work Location: Chennai (Relocation is mandatory; relocation expenses available).
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office).
• Stability: Minimum 2 years tenure in past organizations (no frequent job changes).
• Interview Process: 3 Technical Rounds → Fitment Round → HR Round.
• Open to: Candidates from anywhere (including international) willing to relocate.
