Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers, ensuring technical excellence and professional growth.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for large-scale algorithm deployment and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to deliver scalable algorithmic solutions.
• Optimize algorithm performance and resource utilization to meet business goals.
• Stay updated on advancements in algorithm engineering, ML/DL, and infrastructure technologies, applying them to improve systems.
• Drive continuous improvements in development processes, methodologies, and tools.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. + 6 years industry experience OR M.Tech + 8 years OR B.Tech + 10 years.
• If an Individual Contributor, minimum 14 years’ experience.
• At least 1 year in a Manager/Lead role.
• 8+ years of experience in programming (Python, C++, CUDA).
• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Image Processing & Computer Vision (Mandatory).
• Experience in Product / Semiconductor / Hardware Manufacturing companies (preferred).
• Strong stability in work history (minimum 2 years in an organization).
• Relocation to Chennai is mandatory.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in computer vision, image processing algorithms, ML/DL algorithm development.
• Experience with high-performance computing, parallel programming, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with GPU architectures and tools like Docker/Apptainer.
• Candidates from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, NIT, IIIT, VIT) preferred.
• High academic track record (CGPA 8+).
• International candidates open to relocation are welcome.
