As a Management Consulting Manager in the Global Network High Tech Data & AI Strategy Team at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to guide clients through AI-driven transformations, shape data strategies, and implement machine learning solutions to drive tangible business value. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization to facilitate business transformation and gain competitive advantage. - Provide guidance on data strategy, data governance frameworks, and data architecture to enhance decision-making processes. - Offer holistic solutions to complex client challenges using issue-based problem-solving methodologies. - Lead business development initiatives and foster relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth for the organization. - Develop thought leadership content in AI, data strategy, and emerging technologies to establish the organization as a market leader in AI/Gen AI. - Mentor and provide strategic guidance to a team of Consultants, Analysts, and Associates to support their professional growth. Qualification Required: - MBA from a Tier-1 business school. - 8-12 years of experience in AI/Gen AI, data strategy, or management consulting. - Strong expertise in AI, Gen AI, Data Strategy, and AI and Data Governance with a preference for a consulting background. - Proven track record in AI transformation initiatives and digital transformation strategy consulting. - Background in the High-Tech industry with experience in AI/Gen AI applications. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior executives. - Cross-cultural competence and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
