As a Management Consulting Manager in the Global Network High Tech Data & AI Strategy Team, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing clients" business issues, guiding them through AI-driven transformations, and implementing machine learning solutions to drive tangible business value. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on AI and data strategies, leading business development initiatives, developing thought leadership assets, and mentoring a team of Consultants, Analysts, and Associates. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization to facilitate business transformation and gain a competitive advantage - Provide guidance on data strategy, data governance frameworks, and data architecture to address client challenges effectively - Offer holistic solutions to complex problems using issue-based problem-solving methodologies - Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and establish relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into business processes, enhancing efficiency and decision-making - Analyze client businesses, market landscapes, and competitors to recommend strategic applications of Gen AI - Develop AI-based thought leadership materials such as whitepapers, industry reports, and case studies - Stay updated on industry trends in AI/Gen AI and deliver innovative solutions to clients and the practice - Contribute to building and expanding the High-Tech Practice by creating thought leadership assets and white papers on emerging AI trends and industry innovations - Mentor and guide a team of consultants, analysts, and associates to foster their professional growth Qualifications: - MBA from a Tier-1 business school - 8-12 years of experience in AI/Gen AI, data strategy, or management consulting - Strong expertise in AI, Gen AI, Data Strategy, and AI and Data Governance; consulting background preferred - Ability to drive business development opportunities and develop strong networks independently - Proven experience in AI transformation initiatives and digital transformation strategy consulting - Background in the High-Tech industry with knowledge of AI/Gen AI applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges - Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience in presenting to senior executives - Cross-cultural competence and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Experience leading and mentoring teams in management consulting (Note: The additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
