In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to transform enterprise-scale operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents with critical systems, streamline workflows, and ensure robust data pipelines and security standards. The position involves leading technical design reviews, developing exception-handling and compliance frameworks, and mentoring junior team members. You will drive measurable business impact by optimizing automation adoption and performance across the organization. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement AI agents and automation workflows using tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath, and AWS.
- Design seamless integrations with enterprise systems including Workday, Adaptive, Teradata, Ironclad, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
- Construct and maintain data pipelines and orchestration frameworks to support scalable automation solutions.
- Lead technical design reviews, define architecture standards, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Develop human-in-the-loop and exception-handling systems aligned with audit and compliance standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts, promoting best practices in AI implementation and automation.
- Track adoption metrics and performance analytics to measure and optimize business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing AI, RPA, or automation solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong technical expertise in at least three of the following: Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Automate, UiPath (RPA, Document Understanding, Agentic Modules), AWS services (Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, Athena, S3), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and API frameworks.
- Proficiency with OAuth 2.1, REST APIs, and secure data integration patterns.
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS systems such as Workday and Adaptive Planning.
- Excellent analytical thinking and cross-functional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive technical outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with AI governance, compliance in finance or regulated environments, and analytics tools like Power BI or QuickSight.
