Job Description

We are looking for an AI Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for leveraging existing AI tools and technologies to improve business efficiency across sales, marketing, lead generation, CRM, and analytics. This is not a product development role, but an operational role focused on applying AI capabilities to real-world business problems to drive automation, insights, and strategic growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

AI Tool Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-based tools (eg, ChatGPT, CRM automation, AI-driven analytics, and workflow automation platforms) across various departments to streamline operations.

Business Process Automation: Use AI to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, email campaigns, customer follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

Lead Generation & Sales Optimization: Apply AI solutions to improve targeting, scoring, and nurturing of leads, enhancing conversion rates. Improve customer relationship management by integrating AI tools to personalize interactions, segment audiences, and predict customer behaviour.

Insights & Analytics: Deploy AI-enabled analytics to extract insights from customer data, sales performance, and market trends for strategic decision-making.

Training & Enablement: Educate internal teams on the use and value of AI tools; act as a bridge between tech and business teams to ensure adoption.

Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and continuously assess their applicability to various business processes. Candidate Profile:

1 3 years of experience in business operations, marketing automation, or digital transformation roles with exposure to AI tools.

Strong understanding of AI applications in business contexts (not AI development).

Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Agentic AI and other automation/AI SaaS platforms.

Ability to evaluate business needs and map them to the right AI solutions.

Excellent communication and change management skills. Strong analytical mind-set with attention to detail. for 1 3 years experience.
