Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage core human resource functions at Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. This role requires a confident HR professional for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance. You will play a key role in nurturing a positive work culture and aligning HR operations with the company s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in HR management. As part of a growing B2B media and marketing company, you will collaborate across teams to ensure a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Manager Core HR Operations Recruitment Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Build strong employer branding through strategic hiring practices. HR Policies Compliance Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with organizational needs. Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including disciplinary processes. Employee Relations Engagement Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation and retention. Performance Management Appraisals Coordinate periodic performance evaluations and assist team leads with feedback systems. Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skillsets. HR Operations Data Management Maintain HR dashboards, employee records, and attendance and payroll systems. Generate reports on HR metrics, including attrition, leave, recruitment status, and employee satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 5 years of experience in core HR roles, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. Solid understanding of good HR practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and HRMS platforms. Preferred Skills: Experience managing HR operations for Stratups and growing teams will be an added advantage. Knowledge of performance management systems and training programs. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
