About the Job Role:

As our HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture. You'll lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance—working closely with leadership to ensure our people strategies align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans
• Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion
• Handle employee relations issues with fairness and professionalism
• Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Empathetic, ethical, and capable of building trust across all levels
