HR Manager

About Us:

Kerala Café is a growing multi-location restaurant brand with outlets across Pune, Mumbai, Kerala, and Bangalore, known for authentic Kerala cuisine and excellent hospitality. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee our HR operations across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement for all locations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance systems.
• Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance records.
• Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning and workforce management.
• Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional manner.
• Support management with periodic HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights.
• Oversee statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
• Lead HR audits and ensure smooth coordination during internal/external reviews.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and restaurant workforce management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Languages Required: Hindi, Malayalam, and English (must be fluent in all three).
• Strong HR database and local industry network preferred.
