Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR & Administrative Management

  • Ensure a safe, secure, and efficient work environment by managing administrative policies and infrastructure requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, learning & development initiatives, and HR policies.
  • Streamline HR processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with all HR documentation and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise general administration, including office facilities, vendor management, travel coordination, and employee welfare services.

2. Culture & Transformation

  • Lead and execute initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Drive cultural change programs that align employee behaviors with the companys vision and values.
  • Identify and address cultural gaps; design interventions that promote inclusion, trust, and transparency. Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business goals.
  • Translate organizational priorities into actionable HR plans around workforce planning, capability building, and leadership development.
  • Provide insights using data-driven HR metrics to guide decision-making.

3. Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Design and execute engagement frameworks that enhance morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Conceptualize and implement recognition programs and team-building initiatives.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee well-being, satisfaction, and work-life balance.
  • Build and sustain a positive employer brand both internally and externally.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 812 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or strategic HR role.
  3. Industry Preference: Open for any Manufacturing Organization, but experience in mid-sized or transforming Manufacturing organizations are preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of organizational culture and change management.
  5. High on Energy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. High emotional intelligence with empathy and problem-solving orientation.
  7. Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach.
  8. Proven track record in employee engagement, transformation, and conflict management.
