Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to lead the development and implementation. This role requires deep expertise in Gen-AI ecosystem, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker AI, and the emerging AI agents frameworks. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise AI transformation initiatives and build next-generation intelligent applications.

Required Qualifications

Experience Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and machine learning infrastructure 2+ years of specific experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and foundation models Proven track record of building and deploying production-scale AI/ML applications on AWS Certifications

  : RAG implementation with enterprise data integration

  : Content filtering, bias detection, responsible AI practices

• Custom Model Fine-tuning

  : Adapting foundation models for domain-specific use cases

• MCP & A2A:

  Experience with working on Agent Protocol.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design
• Design end-to-end generative AI solutions using AWS services
• Architect scalable, cost-effective AI pipelines and workflows
• Implement responsible AI practices and governance frameworks
• Create technical documentation and best practices for AI implementations

Development & Implementation

Build production-ready applications using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker AI

Develop custom AI agents using Strands Agents SDK and related frameworks

Implement RAG systems with vector databases and knowledge management

Create automated workflows for model deployment and monitoring

Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications

Model Management & Optimization

Evaluate and select appropriate foundation models for specific use cases

Implement model versioning, A/B testing, and performance monitoring

Optimize model inference costs and latency

Handle model updates and migration strategies

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements

Innovation & Research

Stay current with latest AWS AI service releases and capabilities

Experiment with emerging AI techniques and frameworks

Prototype new use cases and proof-of-concepts

Contribute to internal AI strategy and roadmap development
