AI Content Creator

We are hiring a highly creative and AI-savvy Content Creator to craft impactful digital storytelling assets that elevate engagement, brand presence, and lead generation. The selected candidate will play a vital role in positioning the company as an innovative leader by producing distinctive, data-driven creatives across multiple digital platforms.

Role Overview:

The AI Content Creator is responsible for developing compelling brand narratives and maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-quality digital content that connects with target audiences. Using AI-driven tools and creative strategy, this role delivers impactful campaigns across paid media, social, and owned platforms—ensuring fresh, engaging, and conversion-oriented content aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads. 
• Design digital-first ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign visuals using AI-driven creative tools. 
• Develop engaging brand storytelling formats that ensure strong differentiation and memorable positioning in a competitive market landscape.
• Collaborate with acquisition and performance marketing teams to align creatives with campaign objectives and audience insights. 
• Build and maintain a creative content calendar, delivering assets that support campaigns and product launches. 
• Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to optimize creative workflows and accelerate production. 
• Ensure brand identity consistency across video, copy, and design while localizing for diverse audiences.
• Monitor performance analytics of creatives, iterating to maximize engagement, CTR, and lead conversions. 
• Stay updated with digital content trends, platform algorithms, and storytelling innovations. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in content production, creative direction, or digital storytelling.
• Proficiency in short-form video content creation, editing, and motion design. 
• Strong understanding of digital branding, campaign narratives, and visual communication. 
• Hands-on knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for text, image, and video production. 
• Proven ability to deliver engaging ads and landing pages that convert audiences into leads. 
• Excellent project management skills to coordinate between marketing, design, and sales teams. 
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of audience psychology and buyer motivation.
• Multi-language skills are an advantage. 
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to The UAE.
