Role Overview

The Senior AI Content Creator will lead the creation of innovative, high-quality audio and video content leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies. This role requires a creative and strategic professional to develop engaging multimedia content that resonates with target audiences while pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted storytelling. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in AI content generation, video and audio editing, and content strategy with a passion for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and production of AI-powered audio and video content for multiple platforms and marketing channels.
• Utilize AI tools for content generation, including AI video platforms (e.g., Runway, Synthesia, D-ID) and audio editing software.
• Experiment with and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance creative storytelling and content quality.
• Develop and maintain workflows and prompt libraries to maximize efficiency and scalability of AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to align content with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Manage content review and quality assurance processes ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and compliance.
• Train team members and stakeholders on AI content tools and best practices.
• Analyze content performance data to optimize future content strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends in AI, multimedia, and content creation technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital content creation with a focus on audio and video formats.
• Proficiency in AI-driven content creation tools and platforms, including but not limited to Stable Diffusion, Runway, Synthesia, and audio editing software.
• Strong skills in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience in audio production and editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content using AI technologies.
• Strong creative vision combined with technical skills in AI content generation.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI prompt engineering for content generation.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior creators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field.
