Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing & Outreach Specialist who can drive cold outreach campaigns and build seamless automations across platforms to scale acquisition workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable writing compelling cold email copy, segmenting structured lead data, and setting up automated sequences for lead nurturing, CRM updates, WhatsApp triggers, and more.

This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of growth marketing and technical execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Cold Outreach & Lead Acquisition:


  • Design and manage cold email campaigns with high personalization across multiple audience segments.
  • Leverage structured data tables to personalize at scale and dynamically route leads through different funnels.
  • Monitor key metrics like deliverability, bounce rate, reply rate, and lead quality.
  • Qualify and enrich lead lists with firmographic and behavioral data.
  • Refine outreach based on ICP segmentation, campaign goals, and feedback loops.


Automation & Workflow Execution:


  • Build automated marketing and operational workflows across tools (CRM, email, landing pages, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Implement logic-based automation to handle contact scoring, routing, and stage-based messaging.
  • Create backend workflows using integrations and APIs to reduce manual overhead.
  • Set up and optimize automations to trigger WhatsApp sequences, email follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Ensure systems are compliant with opt-out and data protection standards.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with cold outreach campaigns and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of structured lead data workflows, dynamic personalization, and segmentation logic
  • Experience building cross-platform automations (e.g., CRM → email → WhatsApp) using workflow builders or APIs
  • Familiarity with inbox health best practices (e.g., sender warming, domain rotation, DKIM/SPF setup)
  • Excellent copywriting skills for email subject lines, value statements, and CTAs
  • Ability to troubleshoot deliverability issues and optimize performance through testing
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and hit performance goals
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to The UAE.

Bonus Points:


  • Exposure to marketing stacks for high-ticket services (e.g., real estate, consulting, SaaS).
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email).
  • Familiarity with lead scraping, enrichment, and prospect scoring.
  • Working knowledge of webhook-based integrations, Zapier-style logic builders, or CRM automation platforms.
