Web/App Developer

We are hiring a skilled Web and App Developer to build, optimize, and maintain high-performance digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging landing pages, dynamic website modules, and mobile/web app functionalities that enhance user experience and support lead generation efforts.

Role Overview:

The Web/App Developer is responsible for designing and implementing responsive web and app solutions that enhance user engagement and deliver seamless digital experiences. This includes developing interactive tools, integrating APIs with CRM and other systems, and building user-friendly interfaces that are visually appealing, fast-loading, and aligned with strategic growth and branding objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain landing pages, websites, and app modules using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Webflow.
• Optimize digital assets for mobile devices, ensuring responsiveness and fast load times across all platforms.
• Integrate third-party APIs with CRM systems, and other relevant tools to enable dynamic data updates and smooth user interactions.
• Implement functionalities such as filters, virtual tours, lead forms, and appointment booking modules.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate creative concepts into functional digital assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems across browsers and devices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance website and app performance, security, and usability.
• Stay updated with new web development trends, tools, and best practices to keep digital assets competitive.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience developing websites and mobile/web applications.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Webflow.
• Experience integrating APIs with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of mobile optimization techniques, progressive web apps, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with virtual tour integrations, filtering tools, and lead capture forms.
• Solid understanding of website performance optimization, security best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to The UAE.
