About the Role

AI Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and identify areas where automation can add value.

• Design, build, and deploy workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and similar tools.

• Integrate multiple systems and applications through APIs, webhooks, and connectors.

• Optimize and maintain existing automation workflows

  for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes quickly.
• Document workflows, logic, and integration steps for future reference and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across automated processes.

Requirements

• Proven

  experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Integromat).

• Basic

  knowledge of coding/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar)

  is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with API integrations, JSON, webhooks, and third-party services.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve automation failures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, process automation, or integration development.

• Practical exposure to automating business processes such as lead management, reporting, data synchronization, notifications, or task orchestration.
• Experience working with multiple tools and systems simultaneously and managing complex automation logic.
• Prior experience supporting live automation workflows and handling production issues is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable automation solutions.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with AI tools and integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, chatbots, AI agents).

• Experience integrating CRMs, ERPs, marketing tools, or finance systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data handling best practices and automation security considerations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
