Role Overview:

AI Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and maintain automation workflows using tools like

  n8n

  , Make.com, Zapier, etc.
• Assist in integrating AI tools into marketing and operational processes
• Create and manage prompt workflows for AI content generation, data processing, chatbot building, etc.
• Work on internal and client projects to automate routine and repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with the web development team to deploy AI features into websites or backends
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation flows for better reliability and performance
• Document automation processes, prompts, and configurations

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of

  AI tools

  (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Pika, Runway ML, Perplexity, etc.)
• Hands-on exposure or solid knowledge of

  n8n

  , Make.com, or similar tools
• Completed a

  course or training in Prompt Engineering

  (or strong self-taught knowledge)
• Confident in

  AI prompting

  for content creation, summarization, chatbot flows, etc.
• Basic knowledge of

  HTML, CSS, and APIs

  is preferred
• Strong

  problem-solving

  and

  critical thinking

  abilities
• Good communication and willingness to experiment and learn fast
