AI Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled AI Automation Specialist with expertise in no-code/low-code automation platforms and AI integration tools. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation workflows leveraging platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Pabbly, CRM, and AiSensy/Gallabox, along with custom integrations via Webhooks, Google Sheets API, Google Apps Script, and Supabase/AWS. This role will enable seamless data flow and AI-driven automation to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using no-code/low-code platforms including n8n, Zapier, Pabbly, CRM, and AiSensy/Gallbox.
• Develop custom scripts and API integrations using Google Apps Script, Google Sheets API, and Supabase/AWS to enhance automation capabilities.
• Integrate AI functionalities within automation workflows to drive process optimization and intelligent decision-making.
• Configure and manage Webhooks for real-time data synchronization between applications and services.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Monitor, test, and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all automated processes and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, automation tools, and API integrations to recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with automation platforms: n8n, Zapier, Pabbly, CRM, and AiSensy/Gallabox.
• Strong proficiency in developing integrations using Webhooks, Google Sheets API, and Google Apps Script.
• Hands-on experience with database platforms.
• Familiarity with AI automation concepts and ability to integrate AI-driven tools into workflows.
• Solid scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar for custom automation and API interactions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and data exchange formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with conversational AI/chatbots and tools like AiSensy.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data structuring.
• Understanding of cloud services and deployment environments.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
