• Design and implement AI and automation solutions using advanced technologies to improve business operations and support services.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows for processes and repetitive tasks across different departments.
• Utilize AI technologies to create predictive models to drive operational excellence and future growth & adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and automation solutions into broader system architectures.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and automation technologies and contribute to the strategic direction of Hitachi Vantara IT.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to AI models and automation workflows.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of AI and automation tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in AI and automation technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools like Azure, AWS, Langchain, Ollama, or similar.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and models.
• Experience in developing and managing automation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in business support services.

• Experience with cloud-based AI and automation services.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management.
• Familiarity with data protection, security compliance, and intelligent data management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for predictive analytics and natural language processing.
