Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across business functions.
• Design and implement AI/ML models to solve real-world problems.
• Develop RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and automate existing workflows.
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights through AI tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for automated solutions and AI models.
• Ensure all automation projects meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with AI/ML algorithms, natural language processing, and model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience working with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or other AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of APIs, data scraping, and integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Certification in AI/ML, RPA, or cloud technologies (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, UiPath Certified Developer).

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying models on the cloud.

Exposure to process mining tools and business intelligence dashboards.
