AI & Automation Specialist

Role Overview: You will be reporting to the Manager of IT AI Development and playing a crucial role in developing, delivering, and supporting AI and automation solutions to drive the company's technology initiatives. Your focus will be on leveraging AI and automation technologies to optimize efficiencies across various departments such as IT, Finance, HR, and others. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement AI and automation solutions using advanced technologies to enhance business operations and support services. - Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows for processes and repetitive tasks in different departments. - Utilize AI technologies to create predictive models for operational excellence and future growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and automation solutions into broader system architectures. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. - Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and automation technologies and contribute to the strategic direction of Hitachi Vantara IT. - Troubleshoot complex issues related to AI models and automation workflows. - Provide training and support to staff on the usage of AI and automation tools. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI and automation technologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar. - Proficient with AI frameworks and tools like Azure, AWS, Langchain, Ollama, or similar. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and models. - Experience in developing and managing automation workflows. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in business support services.
