Company: Smew – AI & Automation Agency (US-based, Remote-first) We're building an AI and automation agency focused on delivering working systems for various clients. We use no-code and low-code tools to build automation flows that replace manual processes. We’re hiring an Automation Specialist to join us on an hourly contract basis , with the intention to move to full-time remote in 2–6 months. Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for: Building and maintaining automation flows using Make.com or n8n Setting up AI agents and GPT-based assistants Prompt engineering with OpenAI APIs, Claude or other LLMs Managing API integrations and webhook connections Handling client credentials and setting up secure access Creating automated email sequences and CRM updates Supporting programmatic SEO setups and dynamic content pipelines Fine-tuning large language models Working directly with the founding team to scope and deliver projects Requirements At least 1 paid automation project completed in the past (freelance or agency work) Proficiency with Make.com or n8n Strong understanding of APIs, basic logic, and webhook configurations Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate clearly and respond within 24h on work days Bonus Skills (Not required, but useful) Familiarity with v0.dev , Cursor , Lovable (vibe-coding tools) Experience with Framer , Webflow , or Bubble Light front-end work (React, Tailwind, or similar) Details 📍 Remote (Open globally) ⏱️ 10–20 hrs/week to start 📝 Contract-based, with option to transition to full-time 🕒 Flexible working hours
