AI & Automation Specialist

We're building an AI and automation agency focused on delivering working systems for various clients. We use no-code and low-code tools to build automation flows that replace manual processes.

Automation Specialist

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining

  automation flows

  using Make.com or n8n
• Setting up

  AI agents and GPT-based assistants

• Prompt engineering

  with OpenAI APIs, Claude or other LLMs
• Managing API integrations and

  webhook connections

• Handling

  client credentials

  and setting up secure access
• Creating

  automated email sequences

  and CRM updates
• Supporting

  programmatic SEO setups

  and dynamic content pipelines

• Fine-tuning large language models

• Working directly with the founding team to scope and deliver projects

• At least

  1 paid automation project

  completed in the past (freelance or agency work)
• Proficiency with

  Make.com

  or

  n8n

• Strong understanding of APIs, basic logic, and webhook configurations
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate clearly and respond within 24h on work days

• Familiarity with

• Experience with

• Light front-end work (React, Tailwind, or similar)

• 📍 Remote (Open globally)

• 📝 Contract-based, with option to transition to full-time
