Responsibilities

Analyze performance requirements and develop appropriate test plans and scenarios.
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as
J
Meter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or Neoload.
Monitor and analyze system behaviour under load using APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve them.
Generate test reports and provide clear insights and recommendations.
Simulate real-world usage and create test data as per business scenarios.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
Strong experience with one or more performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, Gatling, etc.
Good understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, and cloud environments.
Proficiency in analyzing logs, metrics, and resource usage (CPU, memory, threads).
Familiarity with scripting languages like Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
