Role Overview

The AI Architect will design, build and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems for decision intelligence, research automation, forecasting, workflow automation and customer-facing applications.

This is a client-facing, high-impact role with deep collaboration across strategy, digital systems, sales, PMO, and leadership teams.

You will work on projects where AI directly influences CEO-level decisions, business transformation, and enterprise-wide execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI System Design & Development

• Build custom GPTs, intelligent agents, research automation tools and forecasting systems
• Design RAG pipelines, vector DB structures, embeddings and retrieval logic
• Architect end-to-end workflows that integrate into real business processes

2. Strategy Alignment & Business Translation

• Work with strategy consultants to understand business goals
• Translate strategic requirements into AI system architecture and user flows
• Participate in CXO discussions and help shape AI-led transformation initiatives

3. Sales, Pre-Sales & Client Interaction

You will work closely with sales & leadership to support deal closures.

• Join sales calls and client meetings as the AI expert
• Present solution concepts, demos, prototypes and POCs
• Assist in building proposals and solution documents
• Help the sales team articulate AI impact in simple terms
• Participate in stakeholder discussions to align expectations

4. Prompt Engineering (Integrated Skill)

Prompt engineering is part of your system-design responsibility.

You will handle:

System-Level Prompting

• Role, persona and behaviour prompts
• Safety, guardrail and reasoning style configuration

Chain-of-Thought & Multi-Step Prompting

• Structured reasoning workflows
• Multi-stage pipelines for deeper analysis

Retrieval-Aware Prompting (RAG-Optimized)

• Prompts aligned with embeddings, retrieval depth and vector DB design
• Hallucination reduction through structured instructions

Function-Calling Prompt Design

• Prompts that interact with APIs, tools and internal systems
• AI agents that automate real tasks

Evaluation & Optimization

• Stress-testing prompts for consistency
• Refining prompts for accuracy, reliability and business alignment

Cross-Functional Prompt Development

Prompts built for strategy, PMO, sales, content, automation and operations teams.

Documentation & Prompt Libraries

Maintain reusable prompt frameworks and IPDM’s internal prompt standards.

5. Decision Engines & Dashboards

• Build AI dashboards for CXOs
• Create forecasting engines, risk models, KPI intelligence layers
• Deliver actionable insights and automated reporting workflows

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with digital engineering, brand/content, lead-gen and PMO teams
• Ensure AI systems align with execution teams & business processes

7. Deployment, Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee end-to-end deployment of AI systems
• Monitor accuracy, performance, adoption and business impact
• Refine and improve systems based on user feedback

8. Documentation, Security & Governance

• Maintain structured documentation for architecture, workflows and use cases
• Ensure secure handling of client data
• Follow responsible AI practices and internal governance standards

Required QualificationsEducation (Preferred)

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/AI/ML/Data Science
• IIT/NIT/BITS or other Tier-1 institutions preferred
• Master’s degrees from strong global universities welcome

(Equivalent experience is accepted.)

Technical Skills

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, embeddings
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain or similar frameworks
• Backend/API integration knowledge
• Strong grasp of data flows and system design

Professional Skills

• Ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Ability to work with clients, sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
• High ownership, maturity and execution capability

Preferred Experience

• Experience in consulting, enterprise AI, or product engineering
• Client-facing or pre-sales experience
• Work on digital transformation or data/AI projects
• Experience creating AI agents, dashboards or automation systems

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹26,00,000 – ₹40,00,000
Performance Bonus: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000
Total CTC: ₹30,00,000 – ₹48,00,000

Signing Bonus: Offered for exceptional candidates
ESOP: Considered after 18–24 months
