About The Role
The AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant plays a critical role in helping organizations successfully adopt, scale, and realize measurable business value from Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role bridges technology, business productivity, and change management—working with clients at various maturity levels, from readiness assessments to enterprise-wide AI transformation.Success in this role means driving sustained adoption, enabling workforce productivity, and ensuring Copilot investments translate into real-world impact.
What You Will Do
- Conduct AI readiness assessments across licensing, governance, compliance, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Lead discovery workshops to identify, prioritize, and validate high-impact AI and Copilot use cases
- Design and deliver tailored enablement programs including role-based training, champion programs, and executive coaching
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define success metrics, measure ROI, and track adoption outcomes
- Develop governance frameworks, acceptable-use policies, and optimization models for sustainable AI adoption
- Lead Copilot pilot deployments, managing communications, engagement plans, and feedback loops
- Create adoption scorecards, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Support enterprise-scale rollouts through learning paths, certification frameworks, and continuous enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with security, privacy, and governance standards
- Advise leadership on AI integration opportunities across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Functional Skills
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Ability to translate AI and technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, executive presentations, and client-facing workshops
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in adoption metrics, ROI modeling, and reporting
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory)
- 5–10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, AI adoption, enterprise training, consulting, or change enablement
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AI-900, Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Power Platform Solution Architect preferred
- Familiarity with change-management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a plus
