About the Role

As the AGM Marketing Manager at Truliv, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering high-impact marketing materials and experiences that bring our brand vision to life. From performance to purpose, you’ll help communicate Truliv’s growth, community impact, and future roadmap in a way that engages stakeholders, investors, and our broader community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall

  AGM marketing strategy

• Design and deliver compelling AGM assets: presentations, videos, infographics, reports, and handouts.
• Collaborate with leadership to showcase:
• Our brand mission and long-term vision
• Year-in-review highlights: occupancy, revenue growth, retention, etc.
• Resident stories and community impact
• Financial performance and strategic direction
• Lead

  pre-AGM marketing campaigns

  across email, social media, and internal platforms.
• Drive the

  post-AGM communication

  strategy: recap blogs, press releases, and engagement content.
• Work closely with creatives—designers, video editors, content writers—to bring our story to life.
• Conceptualize and execute

  creative AGM themes

What We’re Looking For

• 5 + years of experience in marketing, branding, or investor communications. Experience in

  real estate, hospitality, or co-living

  is a plus.
• Proven track record in

  presentation design
