Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a network of insurance agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and training new agents, monitoring sales activities, providing support to agents, developing sales strategies, and reporting on performance metrics.
