The company provides after-school AI, coding and robotics classes to students (6-16 years) We are looking for a talented Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to advise, consult and sell to parents in Europe/US. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and influencing skills . The goal is to close every qualified parent prospect. The role includes owning the entire process of converting a customer - reviewing the demo class, seeking feedback from the teacher, setting up conversations with the parent, convincing about our value proposition, and closing the sale. Responsibilities: Initiating phone/video conference conversations with parents to convince them after the demo class Own the sale - follow up and close every parent prospect. Learn from every conversation and be better than yesterday Communicate the value proposition across all channels - email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or Zoom call Know your numbers, and work on improving the numbers - never settle.
