Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a network of insurance agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and training new agents, monitoring sales activities, providing support to agents, developing sales strategies, and reporting on performance metrics. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management Knowledge of Insurance Products, Market Trends, and Regulatory Compliance Skills in Sales Strategy Development, Performance Analysis, and Target Achievement Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
