Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. located in Vadodara.The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve business goals. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring agent performance, providing necessary support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Agency Manager will also engage in market research, participate in promotional activities, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
