Role Description

As an Agency Manager, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of agents while driving growth in health insurance sales. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to achieve business goals, fostering relationships with channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and contribute to creating a motivated, high-performing environment. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to meet targets, drive revenue growth, and implement strategic plans.
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including recruiting, training, mentoring agents, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
  • Analytical and Reporting skills, ensuring regular monitoring of performance metrics and providing insights for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance sector, regulations, and previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and driving operational excellence.
