Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Golaghat for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of agents while ensuring the achievement of business targets. They will build and maintain strong relationships with agents, provide ongoing coaching, and facilitate the development of a productive agency network. Additionally, the role involves monitoring progress, implementing sales strategies, and managing compliance with company policies.
