JOB POSITION- ARDM (ASSOCIATE RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER) AGENCY CHANNEL

Role & Responsibility:

1.It is a team Handling role building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.

2.Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.

3.This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES.

4.Advisors can get commission on their sales.

5.If your Performance is good you will get Fasttrack promotion + Incentives + manager role.
