✅ Affiliate & Buyer Relationship Management
1. Onboard, manage, and scale relationships with affiliates, publishers, and advertisers.
2. Negotiate competitive payout structures and long-term partnership agreements.
3.Serve as the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for your partners.
✅ Campaign Execution & Optimization
1. Launch and manage CPL, CPA, CPS, and Pay Per Call campaigns.
2. Continuously monitor performance (e.g., conversion rate, lead quality, buffer time) and optimize accordingly.
✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and buyers through outbound and inbound efforts.
2. Convert prospects into active, revenue-generating partners through guided onboarding and nurturing.
✅ Data Analysis & Reporting
1. Analyze campaign and partner data to assess churn, ROI, and traffic quality.
2. Generate reports with actionable insights to share with internal teams and stakeholders.
✅ Compliance & Quality Assurance
3. Monitor traffic sources to ensure compliance with platform and advertiser standards.
4. Collaborate with legal, tech, and QA teams to maintain campaign integrity and compliance.
1. 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing (leads and/or Pay Per Call experience preferred).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. Solid understanding of CPL, CPS, CPA, and Pay Per Call campaign structures.
5. Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and growing affiliate/buyer relationships.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
