🎯 Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a driven and proactive Business Development & Growth Associate

What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and publishers.
• Pitch CPA/CPL campaigns with compelling presentations.
• Conduct detailed market research to spot trends and opportunities.
• Grow and manage publisher relationships to scale campaign performance.
• Strategize and implement performance optimization plans.
• Provide partners with ongoing support and relationship management.
• Analyze affiliate data to suggest growth-focused improvements.
• Collaborate across internal teams for seamless campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum

  6 months of experience

  in a digital marketing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and market analysis.
• Familiarity with CPA/CPL models is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven attitude.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing is a strong advantage.
